Clifford Yapp b5d57a6dac Avoid compilation error (may not be proper fix) 
Compiler was complaining about these assignments:
error: writing 1 byte into a region of size 0 [-Werror=stringop-overflow=]

Check before writing avoids the warning, but that may just be a symptom
of some other issue - needs a more careful look.

f4alt 305d763dc6 weird use case with boost linking 
on windows BOOST_ALL_DYN_LINK must be supplied, otherwise find_package
tries to find 'libboost_...' instead of 'boost_...'

f4alt 33793a4ded oslc needs a few different dll's for windows 
rather than manually tracking and copying dll's to sandbox/ just use the
fullpath to the installed OSL_COMPILER for generating oso's
