Update building for Nuke plugin on MacOS X. Build the plugin with -undefined dynamic-lookup, and build universal binaries for any Apple build. (Thanks to Joseph Goldstone for testing.)

Improve Python detection. (Use the python executable to ask for distutils.sysconfig.get_python_include(); and use the specified python to execute the Python tests. This fixes using one Python for headers and another for execution.)

Avoid compiler warnings due to incomplete initialization of Python glue structs. Note that tp_del and tp_version_tag are undocumented in Python 2.6, see http://bugs.python.org/issue4934 .
