- setup ctest in the CMakeLists.txt so that the 'make test' calls the unit tests - added test that calls ocio_core_tests with --log_level set to 'test_suite' - added custom target 'test_verbose' which will only build ocio_core_tests and run ctest in verbose mode

- added OCIO::Config::CreateFromStream() so we can read a config from a stream - added UnitTest.cpp which defines BOOST_TEST_MODULE for the core unit tests - added BOOST_AUTO_TEST_SUITE to CSP and 3DL unit tests so you can differentiate between test when running 'ocio_core_tests --log_level=test_suite' - added JPLogOp for applying the Josuha Pines loglin method - added JPLogTransform so you can use the JPLogOp in the OCIO config - added Config code of the <JPLog \> type

- first version of the csp reader (minus prelut support) - added unit tests for the cps reader (note the memory layout of the cube may be wrong) - added a simple gamma22.csp 3D lut for testing with later - added boost section in main cmake - added a section in the core cmake for building the unit tests - appended some 1's to the end of rsr_linear_1D.csp as the file was short of entires for some reason
