* Update config default version and optimization enhancements.
Default config version is now the latest version (2 for the time being).
Tests have been adjusted to take this into account.
New optimization flag: OPTIMIZATION_SIMPLIFY_OPS: break down certain ops into simpler ops whne possible. Today, only CDL make use of this, and could be replaced by a matrix when possible. The goal is to avoid complex functions and allow more ops to be combined. The flag is enabled with the default optimization.
New optimization flag: OPTIMIZATION_FAST_LOG_EXP_POW: SSE implementation of log, power, exp is faster but less precise. When this new flag is set the fast implement is used, else the non SSE implementation is used. Optimization default does not include the file, so the non SSE version is used. This applies to CDL, ExposureContrast, Gamma, Log (ut not to legacy Exponent).

* Refactor opengl usage for apps and utit tests.
All opengl code used by command line apps (and gpu tests) has been refactor.
Ociodisplay is also using the refactored code and still uses opengl directly.
- add gpu support to ociochecklut.
- add optimization level to ociodisplay.
